RESPONSE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Q&A WEBSITE

December 21, 2007

We continue this week with answering the most commonly asked questions, in no particular order.

Q)     “Recently we have had large volume share trading.  It is apparent that the existing shareholders are not the sellers but the stock only advanced on one day.  There is some market manipulations going on.  How are the market makers able to hold the stock price down in the view of mostly all buys?  In your opinion what is the source of the shares being sold?”

A)     We have also been watching the market very closely this past 3 weeks.  You can never tell what is going on as it is a free market, but we did seek opinions from a couple of market experts.  They tell us that they see a good clean out here at .03 to .038 of the share bought between .015 and .02 during the past 12 months.  If you look at the volume/price charts for the past year, you can see that as well.  We can always speculate that there is some shorting and there probably is, but since the introduction of US SEC Reg. SHO, this has been drastically reduced.  Looks like a good healthy market and the main orders have been buys.

Q)     “As things are apparently winding down, and we will all soon see our dreams of prosperity come true, I would like to do something completely out of character (LOL) and tell you how much I personally appreciate all of your hard work.  I realize that most of the time you get the blunt end of all of our criticisms.  And I have been one of those who has voiced my frustrations in the past as my own financial situation put pressure on me.  But I am truly thankful for what you and the rest of the MDMN and CDCH teams have been able to accomplish. It is truly rare to see a Pinkie do what you all have been able to do.  Thank you.”

A)     Your thanks should go to Juan José Quijano who has worked tirelessly since being elected President on May 17, 2004 to restructure the Company and progress to where a meaningful Joint Venture Agreement can be accomplished.

Q)     “How many shares of stock are curreently issued abd outstanding?  How many shares are held by officerzs, directors and insiders? What is estimated "float"?”

A)     Company policy is that we do not disclose the specific holdings of any shareholder.  At the time of the AGM and the collection of proxies, this information is available from the scrutineer’s report.  We are not in the position of legally defining “insider” or “float”.  The current issued share capital is 511,027,902 subject to finalization by the accountant.

Q)     “I have heard rumours that our company President Juan Jose Quijano, recently uncovered a plot in Chile that would cause serious damage to Medinah and the Directors. I am told that if Sr. Quijano had not discovered this plot prior to his completing a major contract for Medinah, it could have disrupted a deal for the Company.  I cannot find out through the rumour mill any accurate info about this plot or what it consisted of.  Can you confirm this info and can you tell us what this plot was designed to do?”

A)     There are many people who do not wish for Medinah to prosper and continually berate Medinah and all connected to the company.  A serious attempt to disrupt the company’s affairs in Chile was thwarted by swift action from Sr. Quijano and the offending parties are suffering serious consequences from the Chilean authorities.

Q)     “Welcome back from Chile—thanks for making the trip!  I’m excited to hear the BIG NEWS in the not to distant future.  I would like to know if you can now address how many days/weeks/months after the JV announcement until the drills are turning?   Could you also comment on the timing and plan for promotion (both MDMN & our new partner’s promotion plans)?”

A)        We cannot comment on the exact timing of the completion of the Joint Venture Agreement except that we are proceeding as rapidly as possible.  The distribution of news and the applicable investor relations program is finalized.  The exploration program will commence immediately upon completion of a Joint Venture Agreement.
