A)     We always encourage shareholders to register their shares so they can be informed of forthcoming meetings and be represented for voting purposes.

Q)     “Now that November is halfway over, are we now looking at Plan C?  What will Novemeber bring for MDMN?”

A)     We continue to finalize Plan A.
