RESPONSE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Q&A WEBSITE

November 9, 2007

We continue this week with answering the most commonly asked questions, in no particular order.

Q) “I'm confused about stock cert registration. I have shares of MDMH in certificagte form AND also held with my broker etrade. what is it the company is doing with registration? Pls advise.”

A) The Company always recommends registering your shares. You can refer to our website link to the American Registrar & Transfer Co. as to the procedure.

Q) “I understand that there a number of worldwide mining deals that are being done and I’m just wondering if this puts pressure on Medinah to close their deal, especially with the tremendous increase in minerals and mineral prices. Will the company begin it’s stock buyback program immediately after they sign the JV agreement and if so, will they make a press release?”

A) The answer is yes to both questions.

Q) “My question is rumor are still going that you are leaving for Chile with a new date as early as next week. Are you going and will you announce on the website that you leaving prior?”

A) My travel arrangements are confirmed and will be posted on our website when I travel.

Q) “We anticipate “Plan A” completing in October. In the unlikely event “Plan B” is necessary, this should complete in November” “On 10/5 you posted the following comment: “We anticipate “Plan A” completing in October. In the unlikely event “Plan B” is necessary, this should complete in November”. Is this your plan and is it going to happen?”

A) This is our plan and we intend to complete everything as quickly as possible.

Q) “Have we entered into a JV agreement with Glodal Gold (OTC BB:CBCD.OB)?”

A) No. Juan José Quijano completed a Joint Venture Agreement with Global Gold on a gold placer property called the Madre de Dios, situated about 900 kms south of the Alto de Lipangue.

Q) “Is it true that the number of authorized shares for MDMN was recently increased from 750 million to 850 million? If so, can you explain why this was necessary? Naturally, shareholders are concerned about the potential for share value dilution that an increase in outstandiing shares would cause unless there is some offsetting event. Can you explain why we will not need to worry about dilution if that is the case?”

A) The Company policy is to restrict share issues to the minimum necessary to service essential needs for the continuation of the corporation and its contractual obligations. Negotiations with several potential Joint Venture participants indicate a possibility of their involvement in the equity of Medinah, outside and apart from the basic participation proposals.
