RESPONSE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Q&A WEBSITE
October 26, 2007
We continue this week with answering the most commonly
asked questions, in no particular order.
Q) “Are you still anticipating completion of a joint
venture by the end of October? When a JV is completed,
are you still planning to go to Chile, or is it possible
that will not be necessary?”
A) At the appropriate time, we will be travelling to Chile.
In the meantime, we are proceeding on a daily basis towards
completion of a Joint Venture Agreement.
Q) “Yes. One has to be very careful in dealing with
the experts as only a limited few are knowledgeable and
trustworthy. We are fortunate to have available one of
the leading authorities on illegal naked short selling.
The above answer was posted on the Q&A in Oct.5. As
of now, I have been a shareholder for the last 18 months
and from the volume and the price for the past year I am
sure all the shareholders can tell there is something definitley
wrong. I could be wrong but with all the volumes and one
have to say there are more buying than selling and the
price stay around the same. Since the Company has a leading
authorities on illegal naked short selling. What is his
or her current assessment on the number of shares being
naked?”
A) The statistics are: (a) price increase from 150 days
ago – 169%; (b) price increase from 80 days ago – 169%;
(c) price increase from 40 days ago – 122%. The increases
are from sustained investors buying coupled with increasing
commodity prices. There is some continuing naked shorting,
the magnitude of which cannot be tracked on a daily basis.
Q) “How long after signing will an announcement
be made? How long after any JV will drilling begin? With
all the exploration in Chile how long will it take for
assay results to be reported? Will they be reported for
each hole or will they be reported on a less frequent basis?
How many drill rigs will be working right away and is there
provision for increasing the number?”
A) A public announcement will be made immediately upon
completion of a signed agreement, with exploration, including
diamond drilling to commence shortly thereafter.
The assay labs in Chile have been extremely busy for the
last year but are expanding their facilities to effect
quicker turnaround of assay results.
The Management Committee will be responsible for supervising
the programs and making timely disclosures to all participants.
