RESPONSE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Q&A WEBSITE

August 1, 2008

We continue this week with answering the most commonly asked questions, in no particular order.

Q)  “It has been rumored that once a JV agreement is signed and announced that drilling will commence within 30 days.  Have contracts been signed to accomodate all the necessary drill rigs, drilling workers, water, and other infastructture?.”

A)  The scheduling of exploration is in the capable hands of the potential Joint Venture partners who have immediate access to all of the necessary equipment and infrastructure to carry out their mandate.  The proposed agreements all call for early aggressive commencement or exploration and yearly commitments.

Q)  “I was honored to receive your response in such a timely fashion.  You have addressed every concern I had.  I am 100% satisfied.  I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it.  My only question is whether I have your permission to post the letter in its entirety on the MiningPlay board for their benefit?  I will not do so until and unless I hear from you.  Thanks again”

A)  Unless correspondence is marked Private or Confidential, you can share it with whomever you wish.

Q)  “When is the next Shareholder meeting?”

A)  The next Shareholders meeting will be convened shortly after any Joint Venture agreement is completed.

Q)  “After signing and announcing the JV, how much time will be necessary to file with the Chilean governement a Environmental Impact Study?.”

A)  The environmental impacts documentation is an ongoing process that we started in 1999 and updated for each phase of exploration.

Q)  “Hello, is NP Energy going to play any sort of role in the JV to come or have any sort business with Medinah in the near future?  Thanks.”

A)  NP has no connection to any of Medinah’s properties and it is not anticipated they will have in the future.  NP remains a shareholder of Medinah.

Q)  “I am an investor in MDMN and CDCH and would like to thank you for the update yesterday. Appreciate all the hard work you and JJ are doing for the companys and shareholders. Would greatly appreciate if you could clarify something for me though. Does this last update indicate that the negiations are finally over and that the team of lawyers was hired to put it all into writing?  Your response would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure you've been  waiting longer than I and hope this all comes to a very happy ending very, very soon.”

A)  The team of lawyers was engaged to ensure all terms and conditions pursuant to the many negotiations with potential Joint Venture partners are properly inscribed and comply with all applicable governmental rules and negotiations and contain in contractual form the interest of the proposed agreements.
