Question & Answer postings are compiled from time to time, as an information source as to company actions and/or activities.  Q&A posts will continue in the post-Joint Venture Agreement phase concerning Company activities, to provide ongoing information for the benefit of Medinah Minerals shareholders.

1)  What are the estimated quantities of each of the Medinah mineral deposits (oz. of gold, silver, etc.)

A:  A very preliminary resource estimate for the Lipangue breccia pipe outlined by three phases of diamond drilling carried out on the project was prepared by Gordon House, P.Geo. on February 6, 2003.

His preliminary calculations were:
6,500,000 ounces of silver
180,000,000 pounds of copper
723,000 ounces of gold
A gold equivalent content of 1,172,278 troy ounces of gold.

 

2)  Is Sr. Juan Jose Quijano doing all he can to achieve a prompt closing of the Joint Venture, and is it a full time effort on his part?

A:  Juan José Quijano Fernández is a practicing "Abogado" in Chile and, as such, represents numerous clients. However, the majority of his efforts for the last year have been concentrated in negotiations with numerous potential joint venture participants regarding the Alto de Lipangue property.

 

3)  When does management expect Global Gold to start cash flowing at its Madre De Dios property?

A:  In the early Year 2009

 

4)  Does mgt. have a date for the next AGM, given that the last one was just one year ago? If not, what will have to occur so as to establish a date?

A:  No. The Board of Directors will meet to establish a date and publish the tentative dates well before calling the next shareholders meeting.

 

5)  Is JJQ working in a competitive nature with the JV candidates? Or, are all the candidates each operating collectively and in conjunction with each other, and each other's proposals, etc.?

A:  Each potential joint venture partner presents a different set of circumstances and some groups consist of five or more entities.

 

6)  Does Medinah's board anticipate a travel agenda to Chile in the future, as has been rumored?

A:  Yes.

 

7)  Do we have a serious contender for the JV and are there any insurmountable obstacles to a successful JV closing? If yes, you needn't describe; simply answer truthfully - yes or no, please.

A:  Yes. There does not appear to be any insurmountable obstacles.
