MEDINAH MINERALS Question & Answers
January 21, 2009

Question & Answer postings are compiled from time to time, as an information source as to company actions and/or activities.  Q&A posts will continue in the post-Joint Venture Agreement phase concerning Company activities, to provide ongoing information for the benefit of Medinah Minerals shareholders.

1)  Is there any legal issues such as the Godwin lawsuit, unclear titles to the mining claims or other legal issues that remain outstanding that is impacting completing the JV?

A:  The "Godwin" lawsuit and Medinah's counterclaims against the named four parties, is proceeding and has no effect on the properties of Medinah (Chile) S.A. Therefore, there are no other known impediments or legal issues to contend with. The "Examinations for Discovery" against Godwin, the Estate of Gordon House, Benjamin Ainsworth and Olga Hansen are now being scheduled prior to application by Medinah for a trial date.

2)  How is Medinah currently being funded?

A:  Advances from the Directors and shareholders remain consistent with past years' practices, are currently funding Medinah.

3)  Medinah's website regularly reports the number of new shares that have been issued. However, it fails to mention where these shares have gone and what they have been used for. Who has received these shares and what services/monies did Medinah get in return?

A:  The shares have been provided for contracts, services and acquisitions as shown in the Financial Statements provided and posted each quarter.

4)  What work remains to be done in order for Medinah to become a fully reporting company?

A:  The process to become a fully reporting company is first, very expensive. Second, very time consuming. And third, very expensive to maintain. The company has published its intent to move forward with improvements in its "Pink Sheet" status as evidenced by the removal of the "stop" signal on the quotation site. The next step in this process requires a significant outlay for legal assistance and a firm costing is now being requested for consideration by the Directors.

5)  When is the next AGM going to be held?

A:  No date has been decided upon for the next shareholders meeting, but significant proper notice will be circulated to all parties.

6)  Geology professionals hired by Medinah such as Abel and Terrence have done sampling on the property, but few if any of the assay results have been released. What were the results? Why haven't the results been released?

A:  The sampling done by professionals in Chile such as Abel Alberto form parts of the reports, primarily on newly acquired surrounding claims and is not concentrated on formerly explored areas of Lipangue. While some of the assays tend to be on the high side, they have not been put into qualifying reports for publication.

7)  Medinah's website does not have an updated claims map. When will one be provided?

A:  Now that everyone is back working in Chile, an updated Claim Map will be prepared and published.
