We continue this week with answering the most commonly asked questions, in no particular order.

Q)  “Since I can't register my shares without triggering a huge tax bill, is there some other way that my name, etc. can be placed on a mailing list? I hope you can keep your sense of humor thru this "the natives are getting restless" period."  From what I can see, you're doing exactly what you're supposed to do in your position.  Maybe your next job description should have some mention of shareholder handholding.”

A)  I understand the issue regarding share registration and deregistration.  We will obtain the “NOBO” listing that should contain your name and allow you to provide a proxy.

Q)  “When will it be released what shareholders will vote on at the AGM?.”

A)  This information is contained in the mailing circulation.

Q)  “CDCH has announced the place and time of their AGM, why hasn't Medinah?”

A)  We do not have any direction regarding CDCH as they have their own independent Board of Directors.  Medinah is now finalizing its plans that will be posted long in advance of the official information mailings.

Q)  “Is Medinah soliciting proxies for the upcoming AGM?”

A)  No.  We provide proxy forms for shareholders’ convenience and record them in the records for voting purposes.

Q)  “What are the names of Medinah's Chilean subsidiary's?”

A)  Sociedad Contractural Minera Medinah Mining Chile Repertorio No 868/2000.

Q)  “Will the AGM take place if a joint venture agreement has not been signed?  If a joint venture agreement is not signed by February 23, will the AGM be postponed, or will it take place anyway?”

A)  The AGM will proceed on schedule.
