RESPONSE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Q&A WEBSITE

January 11, 2008

We continue this week with answering the most commonly asked questions, in no particular order.

Q)  “How many shareholders do you expect to attend the AGM?”

A)  Based on experience from the last AGM, Medinah having 6,000+ shareholders and the location, I would expect something short of 200.

Q)  “How many days notice will shareholders be given before the AGM event?  Nevada law dictates at least 10 days, is that business days or clendar days?”

A)  Nevada Statutes state 10 clear day’s notice, which includes non-business days.  However, 10 days does not allow sufficient time for proxies to be returned and calculated so Medinah’s policy is, and always has been, to announce a date well in advance and complete the mail outs at least 2 weeks before the meeting date.

Q)  “Les What is holding us up?..Please expound as much as possible.. Les if you were to compare this signing to a 9 inning baseball game what inning are we in ...the top of the 9th,the bottom of the 9th? thx.”

A)     To keep this light, as you are, it’s Saturday, Seattle’s at Green Bay, score tied 21 all, 36 seconds to play in the 4th.  Seattle has the ball on the Green Bay 1-yard line and it’s first down with none of the Seattle’s timeouts used!

Q)  “In previous answers to questions, you have stated, “Any completed agreement will be fully discussed at the next AGM of Medinah.” (Sept. 7. 2007); and “It is not necessary to hold another AGM to complete the process, however, we will hold a meeting to fully disclose any completed agreement.” (Sept 14, 2007).     You also answered “yes” to the question, “Will we be discussing what to do with the cash from the deal at the AGM in February?” (January 4, 2008)  Your answers imply a joint venture agreement will be completed before the AGM.   Will the JV agreement, in fact, be completed before the AGM on February 24??”

A)  It is our belief that we will have a completed agreement to discuss at the AGM and map out the future direction of the Company.

Q)  “Will Medinah Minerals use Checkbook Travel.com to book all of the shareholder arrangements attending the AGM?”

A)  Medinah Minerals doesn’t book travel arrangements for shareholders.  If Checkbook Travel can offer comparable arrangements at a competitive price, we would obviously use their services.

Q)  “Everything we hear is that Medinah has completed everything required to complete a JV, but there is no announcement, has the JV partner dangled an erroneus carrot and trying to back out of the deal?”

A)  No.

Q)  “I bought shares before Christmas and was glad to see them go up - but after the new year they have gone down - is there any info you can send me.”

A)  Medinah is, and has always been, a free-trading market subject to fluctuations as is any other stock.  As news develops and material issues arise, the shareholders will be informed as quickly a possible.

Q)  “Are we to assume from your use of the term "potential joint venture partners" that there is still some doubt about whether or not this deal will ever be finalized?  Are we still in danger of losing everything we have invested here?  When is this going to end?  If the deal is finished, then announce it.  If it not going to be finished then TELL US, so that we can all get on with our lives.  Stop playing games with our financial futures. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. JUST DO IT!  My goodness man.  I wish that we could trade places right now.  I would love to give you a taste of the living hell you and JJ are putting thousands of investors through.  Then MAYBE you would understand and FINISH this.”

A)  The worth of Medinah rests in the mineral holdings in Chile that continue to expand and enhance in value.  The development of a worthwhile mine anywhere in the world is a long and capital intensive program and Medinah has discovered a very significant deposit.  No one, least of all myself, is pleased with the time lag to complete a Joint Venture Agreement and we all wish to see this task finished and disclosed to the shareholders as rapidly as possible.  I assure you, this is foremost in the minds of all Medinah personnel.
