We continue this week with answering the most commonly asked questions, in no particular order.

Q)  “Will we be discussing what to do with the cash from the deal at the AGM in February (assuming no delays)?  Will there be a balance sheet coming out before the JV annoucement so that new investors can see that we have no debt?  Thank you.  Happy holidays!”

A)  Yes to both questions.

Q)  “I have had stock for over six years.  I am interested in learning what the company is doing and where it is going.  I also have access to a technology that eliminates the need for spec drilling.  It is like an MRI into the ground, very accurate.  Are you interested in learning more about it?  Please call or email!  Thanks!”

A)  We are always interested in new and improved technology and would appreciate being able to expose the system to our geo techs.

Q)  “I hope that you had a merry Christmas and of course that all of us will have a happy and PROSPEROUS New Year.   As expected the trading volume is down significantly over the holidays.  No surprise there. And with it, the pps is down a little and showing signs of further weakness.  I would suspect that if the weeks drag on without any announcement of the JV we will see the pps erode significantly, perhaps all the way back into the .02's.  If I had any money, I would of course welcome such a move. However, like most, I am tapped out.  I have everything on MDMN that I could scrape together.  Betting the farm, so to speak, that you and JJ are going to pull this off soon enough to make a difference.  I was wondering if you plan on continuing your weekly updates to keep us informed?  Without them, there is little doubt that many will begin to panic as they are forced to wait in the dark.  No doubt, I will be one of them, as usual.  :-)  Is there anything that you can tell us at this time that might help hold things where they are?  Please understand that from our perspective total silence is ALWAYS a negative thing.   Any encouragement would be appreciated. Thanks.”

A)  We will continue the weekly updates as long as the shareholders find them useful.  We continue moving forward with our potential Joint Venture Partners as rapidly as possible.

Q)  “With no employees to speak of and no ongoing mining operations why haven't financial reports been issued for the quarter ending September 2007 and when can shareholders expect to see results year ending 2007?”

A)   When we have the resources to employ full-time accounting staff, the reports will be forthcoming on a timely basis.  In the interim, the accountant brought all the records up to date the week before Christmas and will return in January to close off the year-end and we will publish the financials at that time.
